Section 80 DDB income tax

Our website states that

• The certificate of the disease in Form 10I is mandatory. 

However, Somewhere I read that as per new amendment for claiming deductions under section 80DDB of income tax
” 

• • The certificate of the disease in Form 101 will not be necessary”

 
Could you plz clarify the same.
