Income tax department has release new updated schema/ Form for filing Tax audit report in Form 3CA-3CD/ 3CB-3CD on 03.12.2021
A new updated schema in relation has been release by Income tax department for filing of Tax audit report in Form 3CA-3CD and 3CB-3CD on 03.12.2021.
The major changes in the schema is related to adding CSV file input option i.e. giving option to upload information in Tax audit report using excel files which was not available earlier in the CBDT schema and adding and removing few tags from the schema.
Other than above there have been no major structural changes in the schema. However it is advisable to use the updated version before filing any tax audit report after 03.12.2021 to avoid any error while filing Tax audit report.

As of now due date for uploading Tax audit report on e-filing portal for AY 2021-22 is 15.01.2022 and for those entities which needs to submit report under 92E the due date is 31.01.2022.
