MCA has vide a notification made it mandatory for all the companies that each and every company need to have a software wherein audit trail is maintained and there should be a feature that same cannot be disabled.
As we had mentioned in our post that MCA should have made this applicable in a phase manner as it won’t be easy for all companies to apply it at once.
Now, MCA has vide notification Dt. 01.04.2021 extended the due date to use Accounting Software with Audit Trail from 01.04.2021 to 01.04.2022.
