As we know in Lockdown 4.0 many relaxations were offered where offices were allowed to open but still places of public gathering were not opened like mall, schools, religious places etc. However now in Lockdown 5.0 such places would also be opened in phased manner.
Lockdown in containment zone would be extended upto 30.06.2020.
In rest of the areas all activities would be allowed except the one mentioned below which will open in phased manner:
Phase 1: The following activities to open from 08.06.2020.
1. Religious places.
2. Hotels, restaurants other such places.
3. Shopping malls.
Phase 2: Schools colleges
Decision for re-opening of schools, colleges and other coaching institution would be taken in July, 2020 after proper consultation.
Phase 3: Metro Travel, International travel
The dates for re-opening various activities would be decided in future:
1. International travel.
2. Metro travel.
3. Cinema hall, gym, swimming pool, entertainment park etc.
4. Social, political, academic and such other function of public gathering.
Night curfew now from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM as compared to earlier period of 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
States may restrict various activities from above even outside containment zone.
Only essential activities allowed in containment zone.
No restriction on movement of person and goods.
Rest all rules and punishment are same as Lockdown 4.0.
