As we are using the e-filing portal we have been facing new problems every day, it can be related to preview of any form, submission of any form etc.

Now, in the current error when an assessee is trying to log in to the e-filing portal using his/ her credentials (i.e. User id: PAN and Password) the portal is making it log in, into the profile of other entities irrespective of whether that other profile was logged in earlier or not and this could be either TDS profile of a company where the person is a director or profile of a trust in which the person is a trustee.
Although as of now very few people have faced this issue but this could be a serious bug if the same is not resolved fast as it could spread to more profiles.
Also, if a person tries to go to the profile section of that logged in entity the message pop’s up as access denied.
Further, this is not a situation where the assessee has not logged out of earlier session or anything, this is even happening where assessee is freshly trying to log in into e-filing portal even on new system or new browser.
Although right now it is making assessee log into the related entities but it could create a big issue if people start logging into unrelated entities profile.
Further, such continuous error is making people as well as tax professionals anxious especially about filing of income tax return and Audit report on the new e-filing portal.

Furthermore, people are even facing issues with filing of their TDS return on new e-filing portal and also when they are logging in for TDS many a times they don’t see the account name of the top.

i also faced same issue for my client theres easy solution just close ur current browser n try to login again from different browser like i was using chrom before i got access denied i closed chrom and opned opeera browser n tried to login in n done problem solved!

Today 19.10.2022 morning i checked out my system same problem raised.
What i observed i am mentioning here. my cromo browser is synchronized with my gmail , i opened income tax website and login into one of the client pan and i forget to logoff that client and my system is ideal for 3 to 4 hours. after that again i came on login to income tax website this Access Denied! error is displaying. Today morning i checked out in cromo browser as a guest login and opened income tax web site it was normally opened and again i opened gmail synchronized cromo browser login to income tax website same access denied error is coming. The same error is coming in other browsers as well.
I dont know the solution please let me know if any one knows the solution.

I believe this is regarding downloading order in relation to re-registration of trust under section 12AB.
In this regard from our experience we could tell that this error appears if the order has still not been uploaded and they have just activated a button to download Form 10AC.
Further, if the order has been issued you will also receive it on registered e-mail id, hence wait for e-mail and then try to download or if you still face issue even after receiving it on e-mail then you can write e-mail to efilingwebmanager@incometax.gov.in with your specific query.

Facing the same issue. Return filed but not able to download the acknowledgement or return PDF / XML. Always shows page of access denied.
Have you tried to download after 2-3 days of filing?
If the issue still persist after 2-3 days write an email to efilingwebmanager@incometax.gov.in with your PAN and contact details and the issue.
