There is notification being circulated wherein a rumor is being spread that Financial year has been changed from 01.04.2020 to 01.07.2020 which is as under:

The same rumor was circulated when RBI announced its Financial year to end on 30.06.2020, however the same was clarified by our team in one of our POST.
Now the above notification relates to section 11 of Finance Act, 2019 which relates to “AMENDMENTS TO THE INDIAN STAMP ACT, 1899”.
Therefore the above notification relates to change in date for applicability of Amendment to the Indian stamp act and not Changes in financial year which is a rumor.
